Every issue I have had, Jon has done a great job at fixing what needs to be done and also informed me of the flex program and walked me through the whole process. Hes been very friendly and efficient!!

The management, John and his assistant Martika, have been really helpful and very understanding with our needs. The maintenance man, Danny, had been excellent in keep the property in good shape.

Mt View Casita s is AWESOME!
So I would just like to say that John in the office he rocks he's awesome he helped me so so very much I love the apartments I love the management it's very nice family oriented apartment complex always clean but John you rock he did so much for me and I'm so greatly appreciated thank you so very much and I recommend anybody looking for an apartment to move into recommend Mountain View Casitas

I have always been shown the upmost, courtesy, and respect with their staff, they’ve had reoccurring management, but the office staff has always shown that they care. They’ve always shown empathy to our situations and if I knew nothing else, that would be enough to always want to be with them.

I have lived here almost 8 years, every apartment complex has their share of problems but over all managers and maintenance have been friendly and professional. I just wish the neighbors had the same reputation. I wish it was a gated community, that is my only thing.
