I lived here for three years and it was the best! Unfortunately the economy got the better of me so I had to leave but living here was great! Always quiet in the mornings and nights. No bug problems. Friendly and understanding staff! Will always recommend to people if they are looking for a new place!

We have lived here 3 years! Only moving out due to job promotion in a different state! The property is very clean and safe. Summer, the manager is very adept in her position. If something goes wrong it’s corrected in a timely manner and with professionalism.

I absolutely love living here! The community is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it such a comfortable place to call home. The maintenance team is outstanding—they’re quick to respond, efficient, and always do a great job. The staff truly goes above and beyond. They are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents, which makes a huge difference. It’s clear they take pride in creating a positive living environment. I’m so grateful to be part of this community and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed place to live!

I been here for about 3 years now and ever since summer became the new office manager its need so much batter. Summer is a nice and help whit everything if I need anything fix it get done right away not only that out off all the appointment complex I been in I love this one the most not only summer take the time to get to now you and always ask how I'm doing things like that so that you summer.

I love living here. Summer has been the best leasing manager since I've lived here and Shout-out to Daniel the mantatience man always working his butt off too.

Alayna was very friendly and proactive. She answered all of my questions and was able to get me in last minute for a tour!

I’ve had a really good experience with Mountain View Casitas. Even tho I’m rarely home because I travel for work but whenever I’m home I’ve had good experiences. Summer is really great at communicating and honesty and integrity which is very rare for property management. Daniel the maintenance guy is also awesome and a really nice person. My neighbors are nice as well. The move in process was very easy and they even stayed open a half hour later for me to get my keys so I didn’t have to pay for a hotel room for the weekend after my flight here. I can’t speak for everyone but my experience here has been good.

Before I decided to move the office was very welcoming, and the tour was very informative to see which one would fit my needs. But then I moved in this place is an awesome place to live. The landscape is well maintained as well as the pool and other amenities. Summer, Alayna, are doing an amazing job with communication or giving me understanding on things I may questions about. Daniel is great as well and professional when entering the apartment. If I could give more stars I would. Thank u guys for everything you do. You are truly appreciated. May this new year 2026 be everything you guys need may all your goals be met. God bless all that you do.
