I’ve had a really good experience with Mountain View Casitas. Even tho I’m rarely home because I travel for work but whenever I’m home I’ve had good experiences. Summer is really great at communicating and honesty and integrity which is very rare for property management. Daniel the maintenance guy is also awesome and a really nice person. My neighbors are nice as well. The move in process was very easy and they even stayed open a half hour later for me to get my keys so I didn’t have to pay for a hotel room for the weekend after my flight here. I can’t speak for everyone but my experience here has been good.

Before I decided to move the office was very welcoming, and the tour was very informative to see which one would fit my needs. But then I moved in this place is an awesome place to live. The landscape is well maintained as well as the pool and other amenities. Summer, Alayna, are doing an amazing job with communication or giving me understanding on things I may questions about. Daniel is great as well and professional when entering the apartment. If I could give more stars I would. Thank u guys for everything you do. You are truly appreciated. May this new year 2026 be everything you guys need may all your goals be met. God bless all that you do.

I had the pleasure of working with Lovley Summer and she was very kind and helpful with showing me around the apartments and giving me prices on the different units. I appreciated her positive attitude and I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking. Very nice lay outs on the apartments and the property is nice and pretty.

I recently toured Mountain View Casitas, and I was really impressed with the property! The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The apartments I saw were spacious, bright, and had a nice layout that felt really comfortable. I also want to give a special shout-out to Summer, the manager. She was incredibly welcoming and professional during my visit. She took the time to answer all my questions, showed me around the community, and made me feel right at home.
