I would just like to give a shout out to our new manager summer!! I have noticed an improvement in our community since she has started. She also keeps us updated very well with what’s going on around the community through our emails and text messages which is greatly appreciated. We also have a great maintenance team they are always willing to help out with tenant needs and issues and very friendly. Once again, thank you Summer for bringing our community together and making it a better place to live.

The 5 stars are for the office manager - Summer - What a difference we've seen since Summer has taken over - we finally have lights in the parking lot, porches and patios look so much better, communication is great - things actual happen when you call Summer, she is THE BEST

Well I applied using a veterans program where the program tunnels to towers paid all move in cost. Summer S . The apartment manager did a fantastic job getting me moved in . She’s certainly one of the best in her field considering the kind and respectful customer service I was given . The apartment is great thank you sumner and Mountain View casitas
