I've lived here for 8 years, I've seen a lot of good changes with the property and not so good changes, the one thing I can say has been consistently improving is the care for the residents that live here. Our current manager Jonathan has been understanding of my needs and has tried to accommodate. Martika is an absolute gem, always has a smile and willing to help. As I said I've been lucky to have found such a place to call my home.

We all know apartment hunting is an absolute PAIN. I was to the end of my rope on looking for a new place to call home in Phoenix, until I stumbled across Mountain View. I called and scheduled a tour, with who I assumed would be a leasing agent. Imagine my surprise when I was met by Jonathan, the property manger! He was so wonderful and answered all of my questions and concerns. He showed me the cutest 2 bedroom apartment, unfortunately I was in search of a 1 bedroom so I will not be going with this place, but HIGHLY recommend if youre in search of a 2bedroom.

I've lived here for six years. When Graystar was the owner, it was terrible. Cockroach infested, slow maintenance, rude staff, etc. Two years ago AMC took over and it's been a world of difference! Better communication, way more efficient, everything is cleaner, they improved the overall look with new paint, they added a map of the complex which is super helpful for deliveries, they built a small dog park which is awesome, and they recently re-did the parking lot, so no more pot holes! Overall, it's a pretty good place to live.

Staff and service are both quite professional. Excellent location, near to everything we required. A family-friendly setting with minimal maintenance worries. The staff is always willing to assist. I like that they allow pets. What a power house team! Danica and Janae leave no stones unturned when assisting in a lease for a home at Mountain View Casitas. Both are on top of communication, and full of knowledge, without losing an ounce of charm. The office staff is amazing and super friendly. My apartment is renovated and I absolutely love it. Everything is so open. I'm a very clean person so I haven't experienced any bugs or roaches. I do love the full size washer and dryer. The pool area with a new grill and fire pit is a really nice place to be. The dog park is spacious with a dog wash station. I love it here. 10/10 would recommend.

We have lived here since March, super nice place and quiet. Office staff are very nice as well. All in all, great complex to live in as a family. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and it's a pretty open floor plan. Water, sewer, trash, pest control separate but the price has always been relatively consistent which is wonderful. Definitely recommend

I recently just moved into this complex about a week ago. I can not stress enough how much I LOVE it. Smaller size complex, quiet, park/community center right next door for my children and I, very clean! The vauled celings in my place are AMAZING. I even have 2 fire places. Why? Not too necessary but I think it's awesome lol they even threw fresh new carpet in the place right before I came because it didn't fit their standards for move in. The rent for the space is great, floors are a little creaky on my second story but nothing too bad. Louis and Cruz(Manager/Head Matinence) have been nothing short of incredible with the few things I needed upon move in. Overall 5 star thus far!! Would recommend!

Best complex I've ever had in Phoenix. Finding an affordable and safe apartment is stressful enough. Looking up areas, rates, amenities and crime is exhausting. I will confess up front the appliances are dated but they are all included and WORK. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and 2 fully functioning fireplaces. The complex is always quiet, children are well behaved and never barefoot lol. Families and good people live here. I've never felt more safe in a large complex. I've actually paid waaaay more for less. Like $1600/mo kind. In the year I've lived here, office management has NEVER been less than kind and professional. Any issues like electric pilot on the stove or AC control burning out was fixed within 24 hours. A couple tiles popped out on my bathroom floor and they fixed those too! I was still willing to give it a week but haven't had to. As long as you communicate with the staff ahead of time instead of taking the days life stress out on them, they always deliver and WILL work with you. Broke my foot last year and lived alone on the second floor. After paying rent in person, one of the staff helped bring all my groceries up to my apartment. Some experiences money just can't buy. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF A MOUNTAIN VIEW CASITAS, YOU HAVE GIVEN ME A HOME.

I've lived here for over 2years and i must say at first i didn't like the people management or maintenance people. After Yalonda came my apartment has been fixed correctly in a timely manner. Yalonda is a very caring considerate manager. She has and does go above and beyond to help and assist where she can. My rent hasnt gone up if anything my water has gone done. I will stay another year! Best quiet place to live!

I am a current resident and have been here a few years. I really like living here. The upstairs apartments have amazing vaulted ceilings so it really doesn't feel cramped for the amount of square feet. The views are pretty nice throughout the complex. There have been bumps with management but I think they finally have that resolved because the new manager is so nice and knowledgeable. Daniel and Marco (maintenance) are very nice gentleman and do the best with what they are given. These apartments are very old. Some of the apartments have original appliances. Personally I love my late 1970s early 80s stove. It gives this place a little charm. The neighbors are friendly. The place overall has improved over the past few years. It's nice.

We camera into the office and the office appeared to be renovated. The Mananger Linda C. was awesome she was very professional, polite and knew her stuff. Greystar got luck and got Great Manager. She was very easy to talk to to get into thee property and everyone we call the office or go in the property staff a warm and very helping. Thanks Linda C. And your Staff!!!

I've been living here for 7 months and absolutely love it here. There are some things that need inprovement but not devastating to the point where I wouldn't renew my lease. Pros: quiet, more than enough parking, maintainence is quick and thorough, spacious apartment,washer and dryer included, 2 fireplaces, friendly employees in the office (jacquelyn especially), pet friendly, pool, vaulted ceiling on 2nd floor, multiple shaded areas, beautiful views, community center next door Cons: minimal storage space, small patio, outdated kitchen and appliances, neighbors don't clean up after their pets, no jacuzzi

All of these reviews are super negative. Mountain view casitas is my first apartment. Are there matinence issues? Yes. But the matinence guys are so helpful and they will come by within a couple of days to fix anything in your apartment as long as they have permission to enter. If they don't have permission - THEY WONT COME IN TO YOUR APARTMENT AND YOUR ISSUES WILL NOT GET RESOLVED. There was a problem when we first moved in - we were told the amount we had to pay up front and then a week before we were supposed to move in they called us and told us that we had to pay an extra one months rent even though we had signed the lease agreement already. But we went in and spoke with Lisa who fixed the problem for us. We have NEVER had mold in the apartment. We have had bees, but only two, and that was through a broken seal that got fixed as soon as the matinence guys could get to our apartment. And I've been here five months now and I've never seen the police here at all. Mountain View Casitas isn't perfect - but it's not some dump either. Don't believe everything you read - especially because all of the people who normally post reviews are people who have had pretty negative experiences.
